Export terms, MOQ and container loading

Everything an importer normally has to email three times to find out. The numbers below are published so you can price a landed cost before you ever contact us.

Minimum order

Start at 100 kg, not a full container

Most factories in this category will not quote below one 20ft container. That is a reasonable policy for them and a serious problem for you, because it means committing four tonnes of stock to a product your market has never tasted.

Samples

Up to 5 kg — roughly one carton. Choose any of the eight variants. Shipped with the specification sheet and ingredient breakdown.

Trial order

100 – 500 kg, or 27 – 135 cartons (540 – 2,700 packs of 185 g). Enough to place the product with real customers and measure repeat purchase.

Container load

784 cartons in a 20ft, 1,568 in a 40ft — 15,680 and 31,360 retail packs. Mixed flavours inside one container at no additional charge.

Supply agreement

Recurring monthly volume with reserved production capacity and fixed pricing for the agreed term.

Packing

Packing and container calculation

Both retail formats share one export carton size, so your customs classification, pallet pattern and container load plan stay identical no matter which flavours or pack sizes you combine.

Production and expiry dates are printed on every carton. Shelf life is 12 months from production for all variants except Barbecue Cheese, which is 10 months.

50 g single‑serve ships in the same 43 × 34 × 30 cm carton, 45 packs to a box. Because the carton footprint is identical, you can mix both formats in one container without recalculating the load plan. The format suits impulse, horeca, airline and sampling channels.

FAQ

Questions importers ask us

What is the minimum order quantity for export?

Trial orders start at 100 kg net — about 27 cartons, or 540 family packs of 185 g. We deliberately keep the entry volume low so a new importer can test the product in their market before committing to container volumes. Full container loads are 784 cartons for a 20ft and 1,568 cartons for a 40ft.

Do you offer private label or OEM manufacturing?

Yes. We produce under buyers' own brands, and both the packaging design and the recipe can be adapted — seasoning level, flavour profile, pack size and labelling language for your market. See our OEM page for how the process runs.

Which certifications do your products hold?

Our production is HACCP certified for food safety management, registered with BPOM (the Indonesian food and drug authority) and holds Halal certification. Certificate copies are provided with every quotation.

Are the crackers really gluten free?

Yes. The base is tapioca flour milled from Indonesian cassava, not wheat. That is what makes the product unusual: a genuinely gluten-free cheese cracker rather than a wheat cracker with cheese flavouring.

What is the shelf life?

Twelve months from production for most variants, ten months for Barbecue Cheese. Each carton is printed with production and expiry dates.

Which Incoterms and ports do you work with?

We quote FOB, CFR and CIF. Loading is from Semarang (Tanjung Emas) or Jakarta (Tanjung Priok), whichever gives you the better routing. EXW is available if you prefer to appoint your own forwarder.

How is the product packed for shipping?

Two formats. The 185 g family pack (18 × 26 × 6 cm) packs 20 to a carton at 3.70 kg net and 5.05 kg gross. The 50 g single‑serve packs 45 to the same size carton at 2.25 kg net and 3.40 kg gross. Both use a 43 × 34 × 30 cm carton, so a 20ft holds 784 cartons either way and a 40ft holds 1,568.

Can you send samples before we order?

Yes. Tell us which of the eight variants you want to evaluate and where to ship them, and we will arrange a sample consignment with the specification sheet.
