Your brand on a gluten‑free cheese cracker
We do not have a mass‑market brand to protect. That is precisely why we can build a product around your market instead of asking you to resell ours — packaging, seasoning, sweetness, pack size, all of it.
Two levels of customisation
Most contract manufacturers offer you a label swap and call it private label. We separate the two properly, because they carry very different lead times and costs.
Your brand, our recipe
The fastest route to market. We produce our existing eight variants under your brand name and packaging design.
- Your logo, artwork and colour scheme
- Labelling in your market's language
- Nutrition panel formatted to your regulations
- Barcode, batch coding and expiry format to your standard
Your brand, your recipe
A product developed for your market's palate. This is where a small factory earns its place.
- Seasoning strength adjusted — milder or considerably hotter
- New flavour profiles developed to your brief
- Sweetness and salt levels tuned to local preference
- Pack sizes beyond our standard 185 g and 50 g formats
How a private label project runs
Brief
You describe the market, the shelf position you are targeting, the flavour direction and any regulatory constraints. We tell you honestly what is and is not possible at your volume.
Development samples
We produce sample batches against the brief and ship them to you. Expect one or two rounds of adjustment — that is normal and it is included.
Artwork & compliance
You supply artwork, or we adapt ours. We check the nutrition panel, ingredient declaration and allergen statement against your market's labelling rules before printing.
Pilot run
A first production run at trial volume so you can place the product with real customers before committing to container quantities.
Scale
Container loads once the product proves itself, with production capacity reserved against your forecast.
Supply agreement
Fixed pricing for an agreed term and a standing monthly slot in the production schedule.
A gluten‑free cracker is a different shelf
A wheat cheese cracker competes with every biscuit in the aisle on price. A cassava‑based one that is genuinely gluten free, halal certified and made with real cheddar competes in a much smaller field, at a much better margin.
- Enters free‑from and health‑food ranges that wheat crackers cannot
- Halal certification opens the Gulf, Malaysia, Brunei and the growing halal segment elsewhere
- Cassava is grown and milled locally, so the supply chain is short and the cost is stable
- Eight existing flavour profiles to start from rather than a blank page
