Certification and quality assurance
Three certifications sit behind every batch we produce. Copies go out with the first quotation rather than waiting for you to ask.
HACCP
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. An internationally recognised food safety management system. Every stage from cassava intake through milling, mixing, baking, seasoning and sealing has a defined control point and a documented limit.
What it means for you: the system most importing countries and retail chains treat as the minimum entry requirement for a food supplier.
BPOM
Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan — the Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control. Registration confirms the product formulation, the facility and the labelling have been reviewed and approved by the national regulator.
What it means for you: proof you are buying from a legitimately registered manufacturer, not an unregistered home producer.
Halal
Halal certified ingredients and production process, covering the cheese, the seasonings and the handling of the line itself.
What it means for you: access to the Gulf states, Malaysia, Brunei and the halal segment in Europe and North America, which is growing faster than the category as a whole.
What we actually control
- Cassava sourced from Central Java growers and milled to tapioca flour before it reaches the line
- Real grated cheddar rather than cheese flavouring powder alone
- No synthetic preservatives added to any variant
- Production and expiry dates printed on every carton, batch traceable
- No wheat, barley, rye or oats anywhere in the facility's formulations
Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity dates are issued directly to buyers with the first quotation, together with the product specification sheet and full ingredient breakdown for your customs and labelling paperwork. If your market requires a certification we do not currently hold, tell us which one — several can be arranged against a confirmed order.
